Plans, explained

Is Essential really free?
Yes — free, with no card required, and it stays free. The custody health assessment, your score and risk band, and monthly check-ins are included. It is the honest starting point of the framework, not a trial.
Does Legacy include everything in Sovereign?
Yes. The plans are strictly additive: Sovereign includes everything in Essential, and Legacy includes everything in Sovereign. Upgrading never removes a feature.
If I subscribe on the web, does the mobile app unlock too?
Yes — that is how the platform is built. Your subscription belongs to your account, and every interface reads the same subscription. Sign in on mobile with the same email and your plan is already active. Web checkout opens Subscriptions started in the app already work everywhere today.
Are professional services part of a subscription?
No. Professional services are one-time engagements purchased separately. A Legacy subscription does not include advisory sessions, and booking a session does not require any paid plan. They are deliberately independent.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you paid for, and your data remains yours — export it or delete it whenever you choose.
Can I pay with Bitcoin?
Yes. BitCare accepts Bitcoin payments via BTCPay and offers a 5% discount for paying in Bitcoin. Payment is handled entirely by BTCPay — BitCare never receives or holds any Bitcoin, and no custody implication applies. You keep your keys; the plan just gets a small discount. The BTCPay option will be presented alongside standard card checkout at launch.
